COVID Data Coming out of New Hanover Regional Medical Center Cannot be Trusted
A recently leaked video shows top executives from New Hanover Regional Medical Center (NHRMC) brainstorming on how to “scare” the public into getting the COVID vaccine. The video involves Shelbourn Stevens (NHRMC’s President), Carolyn Fisher (Director of Public Relations), and Dr. Mary K. Rudyk (Geriatric Specialist and former Chief of Medical Staff for NHRMC).
Coercing the public into potentially unnecessary and experimental medical procedures is unethical. Everyone in this video should be terminated for cause.
Details of the NHRMC Executive Conversation
The primary person in meeting pushing for the “Scare the Public” PR strategy was Dr. Rudyk. In the video, she’s rattling off a handful of really bad ideas to improve the vaccine rate. What’s worse, is that the president of NHRMC is just lapping it up as possibilities. Dr. Rudyk wants to tell public that they’ll die if they don’t get the vaccine; this is not true at all. This not the plague or ebola. For the healthy in most populations, the COVID survival rate is well over 99%.
And just last week, University of Pennsylvania Medical Center physicians share that the survival rate of hospitalized COVID patients continues to increase 5% with each passing month.
Those who depend on NHRMC’s services reside in New Hanover, Brunswick, Pender, Columbus and Onslow counties.

Implications of NHRMC Reporting Altered Statistics
Our school system, the county, and city governments are making important public decisions based on the data this hospital is providing the public. These government entities are telling us to follow the science; and then, they subjugate us and our children to pseudoscientific mask wearing like the Taliban forces burkas onto women.
Forced Mask Mandates Damage our Children!
It looks like the data is one big public relations campaign for the benefit of the pharmaceutical industry.
A spokesperson from Noviant Health, the owner of New Hanover Regional Medical Center (NHRMC), responded to WECT regarding the video. Their response focuses the data aspect of the discussion, side-stepping the fact that the hospital is scaring people into getting the COVID vaccine:
“The team members involved in this excerpt of an internal meeting are seeing the highest level of COVID-19 hospitalizations and deaths so far in this pandemic – despite having safe and effective vaccines widely available. This was a frank discussion among medical and communications professionals on how we can more accurately convey the severity and seriousness of what’s happening inside of our hospitals and throughout our communities. Specifically, the data we have been sharing does not include patients who remain hospitalized for COVID-19 complications even though they are no longer COVID-19 positive, so it does not provide a complete picture of the total impact of COVID-19 on our patients and on our hospitals. We continue to be concerned with the amount of misinformation in our communities and consistently strive for more ways to be transparent and tell the whole story. The continued rise of hospitalizations makes it evident that we have more work to do to reach our communities with these messages.”

Something Isn’t Right with the COVID Numbers
This morning Steve Deace, talk show host and former campaign advisor, pointed out there’s something significant about the COVID numbers:
Two-thirds of American adults are fully vaccinated this year; as well as over 80% of seniors (the most vulnerable). However, according to WHO’s COVID data, when comparing the first week in September year-over-year there’s this:
- a 324% increase in cases, 5,006 (2020) v. 11,371 (2021); and,
- a 124% increase in deaths, 5,006 (2020) v. 11,371 (2021)
“In no scientific text book/process does vaccinating a clear majority of adults & super majority of vulnerables lead to this kind of result. Something. Ain’t. Right.”
According to WHO, here’s U.S. Covid data first week of Sept 2021 vs. 2020:
Cases: 2021 1,034,836; 2020: 243,884
Deaths: 2021 11,371; 2020: 5,006
-127% INCREASE https://t.co/WKGF4dDigh
